Westell Mourns the Sudden Passing of Board Member Robert C. Penny III

Penny III (鈥淏uzz鈥�), a member of the Westell Board of Directors, passed away unexpectedly on July 21, 2023 at the age of 70. Mr. Penny served as a Director of the Company since September 1998 and was the Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee.
